Shipping policy

Shameless Snacks ships orders from our third-party fulfillment centers within the United States. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods, new product launches, holidays, or severe weather.

  • We do not guarantee same-day shipping.

Important: Order processing and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We only offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and may vary based on:

  • Carrier capacity or delays

  • Destination address

  • Weather or natural events

  • High-volume periods

Shameless Snacks is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

  • When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

If an order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address; however, this is not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered for all purposes.

  • Shameless Snacks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist.

We may replace or refund damaged items at our discretion.

Incorrect or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us because:

  • The address was incorrect or incomplete

  • The customer refused delivery

  • The carrier was unable to deliver

We will issue a refund for the product cost minus shipping charges when the package is received back at our facility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Reshipments require a new shipping fee.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services.

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations at this time.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they begin processing.

Because we ship quickly, changes are not guaranteed even if requested shortly after purchase.

Subscription Orders

Subscription shipments follow the same shipping and delivery rules as one-time purchases.

You may modify or cancel upcoming subscription shipments through your customer portal before the next charge date.

Carrier Damage or Transit Issues

Carriers may classify some items as “heat sensitive” or “food items,” which may impact delivery timelines. Shameless Snacks is not responsible for carrier handling decisions or delays.
